Why does your hair colour of choice possibly offend/infringe on the corporate dresscode

If the company dress code is heavy linked to the corporate appearance and culture, you will indeed experience some “side-eye” looks if you are perceived to not be in compliance. Consider that for many organisations, management’s view may be very traditional. You may want to engage your HR department in an open and positive discussion about your views and find a middle ground that can help the company focus on your value added performance rather than your hair colour.
